Two Financial Center

This 12-story office tower contains more than 200,000 square feet of Class-A office space. The building is located in downtown Boston, next to One Financial Center and South Station, the hub of transportation for the city. Arrowstreet’s design complements the modern high rises of the Financial District and the turn-of-the-century Leather District lofts.

In 2021, Arrowstreet completed a modernization of the lobby and a new 4,000 SF rooftop deck for tenants. The roof deck features outdoor dining areas, casual seating complete with fire pit and trellises, high-end urban landscape design and provide sweeping views of Downtown Boston. The lobby modernization includes soft seating areas and hospitality-like amenities to engage both tenants and visitors.
