Arrowstreet designed roofline lighting to serve as a nighttime beacon visible from the Financial District and Logan Airport. The building is oriented to provide premier harbor and skyline views. A pedestrian bridge draws visitors from the convention center to the generous two-story lobby, which connects to 100,000 square feet of shops and restaurants on three levels. Arrowstreet’s creative, phased-construction approach expedited delivery of this 16-story project. The hotel has 793 guest rooms with 32 suites, 2 ballrooms, several restaurants, and function areas.
