Smith Haven Mall Renovation

Arrowstreet redesigned 117,000 square feet of common areas at the Smith Haven Mall to strengthen its market position, attract upscale tenants, and complement other Simon properties on Long Island. Improvements include new flooring materials, ceiling treatments, lighting, customer amenities, interior landscaping, and a wayfinding system, as well as renovated entrances. This renovation project ran concurrently with the addition of a new lifestyle center, also designed by Arrowstreet.
