Smith Haven Lifestyle Center

Arrowstreet was commissioned by the Simon Property Group to design a 170,000-square-foot addition to the Smith Haven Shopping Center on Long Island. The new lifestyle center is organized around a double promenade lined with outdoor restaurant seating and stores that open directly onto the plaza. A park with trees, grass, and flowering shrubs runs along the center of the development and is focused on a central, landscaped, floral feature.
