Upper Devotion School

To accommodate their rising student population, the Town of Brookline decided to renovate a former school building (the former Old Lincoln School) to serve as a high performing middle school. The design team maximized the town’s budget, met an expedited schedule, and still maintained the level of educational excellence found in the Brookline school system. The scope of work included fresh new finishes, state-of-the-art science room renovations, MEP system upgrades, and exterior envelope repairs that reinforce the historical character of the building.
