Natick Mall

Arrowstreet was asked by GGP to design and develop a new, comprehensive, interior/exterior wayfinding program at Natick Mall. The site-wide redesign included project identification at entry points, directional signage with integrated Park Assist technology, parking entrance portals and overall garage signage in each of six parking decks. Arrowstreet was also responsible for the redesign of the pedestrian connections from all parking areas to the mall, greatly enhancing the customer experience. As part of the interior wayfinding program we refreshed directional signs and directories to replace failing materials, maximize legibility, and provide an easier method for accommodating future updates.
