Lesley University Residence Hall

The renovation of this 47-room urban student residence hall was completed on a fast-track schedule that concentrated all construction work in the summer months with no loss of occupancy during the academic year. Arrowstreet converted one level of offices to residential use and completely updated all of the student rooms and common spaces on two additional levels. Lesley’s goal was to accommodate a new, coed undergraduate student body in an appealing, home-like atmosphere. To maximize a limited budget, Arrowstreet designers focused on new lighting, millwork, and finishes, while bringing the building up to current life safety code requirements.
