Arrowstreet creates pre-design conceptual branded renderings that help brokers and owners representatives visualize how a specific location could come to life for a potential tenant. This work is primarily created for space on high profile streets like Fifth Avenue in New York City. When a storefront is in use or under construction, it can be difficult to imagine how a specific brand’s vision could be realized at the street level. Arrowstreet’s pre-design concepts create an immersive experience that stimulates a meaningful conversation between key stakeholders.
Among the above images are just a few of the nearly 80 versions of the corner of 53rd Street and Fifth Avenue in New York City before the space was leased by Uniqlo.
