CambridgeSide Galleria Master Plan

The keystone of a mixed-use, riverfront redevelopment, Arrowstreet’s master plan of CambridgeSide combined a 3-story urban shopping center with residential and office buildings, a hotel, and several parks. By integrating public and private space, the plan enriched street life and draws around-the-clock activity to the area. This project is the central element in the East Cambridge Riverfront Plan that received an Honor Award for Urban Design from the American Institute of Architects.
