Avalon Bay Norwood

Avalon Bay Norwood is a 198-unit, 300,000 SF residential development. The design vision for the development replaces under-utilized and deteriorating turn of the century printing and industrial buildings with a mix of townhouses, apartments, and lofts that extend the existing neighborhood fabric. Design cues are taken from the rich mix of materials, textures, and industrial architecture prevalent in the community.
