As part of a design-build team, Arrowstreet partnered with Erland Construction to renovate the Andover Inn. Located on Phillips Academy’s Andover campus, the revitalized 1920s building will offer guests a stylish, boutique hotel with a classic feel. Many sustainable elements were incorporated into the design of the Andover Inn, including upgrades to significantly improve energy efficiency and the careful reuse and salvage of existing materials and details.
