BioMed Realty commissioned Arrowstreet to renovate an existing 3-story office/lab building in Watertown, MA to attract a broad range of life science and other Biotech tenants. The renovation includes core-and-shell modifications, amenity space improvements, and significant MEP upgrades to support existing and new tenants.
