Acquired as part of BioMed Realty Trust’s campus near Kendall Square, this former iron foundry was in need of a transformation to accommodate the demands of today’s office and lab tenants. Arrowstreet restored the historic building’s exterior and upgraded its interior to become a flexible space that suits a variety of tenants.  To express the building’s past, the design team maintained the original wooden beams and brick walls and created a graphic timeline installation.
