320 Bent Street

320 Bent Street is a four-story research and development facility in biotech hub, Kendall Square, in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Arrowstreet designed the building shell and core for Lyme Properties. In addition, Arrowstreet designed 40,000 square feet of lab space interiors for Microbia, the major tenant. Microbia’s space features BL2 labs, chemistry equipped spaces, and an animal care facility. It was important to Microbia that the space be configured to encourage the kinds of interactions and impromptu meetings the company leadership values as a key element in the creative process.
