Located near MIT in Cambridge, and designed to be built in phases over five years, this major biotech research facility includes a 536-car underground parking garage. This is the third building Arrowstreet designed for Lyme Properties. A major requirement in the design of this building was that the spaces and the basic systems be flexible enough to accommodate a wide future range of research activities.
