As we welcome 2025, we celebrate the ideas and collaborations that defined the past year and look forward to the possibilities ahead. At Arrowstreet, we believe in the power of curiosity—every project begins with a “What if…” and evolves into innovative solutions that shape the future.

This year’s snowflake series—crafted from imagery of our projects—represents the beauty of our partnerships and the creative connections that make each design unique. Together, we transform
bold visions into inspiring realities, showcasing how collaboration is truly Where What If… Becomes What’s Next.

Here’s to 2025, filled with curiosity, innovation, and shared success.

Action Athletics

What if fitness could become play? Celebrated for its unique approach, emphasizing the skills and discipline required for obstacle course racing and Ninja Warrior-style competitions, Action Athletics is a premier fitness and training facility that exemplifies a thoughtful and sustainable design that elevates both the function of space and the community it serves. Action Athletics is the Winner of the 2024 IIDA NE Design in the “Hospitality – Play” category.

Blue Hill

A transit-oriented affordable housing development with 41 units as well as community anchor space. Blue Hill sets a new standard for sustainability; it is all-electric, pursuing passive house certification, and incorporates both a solar photovoltaic façade as well as rooftop PV. Blue Hill is The Architecture Community 2024 World Design Awards winner.

Urban Grove

A destination designed to complement Seaport’s Lawn on D by providing a space to relax and reflect within one of Boston’s most dynamic neighborhoods. Urban Grove symbolizes a resolute commitment to preserving and expanding shaded green spaces within our city landscapes while infusing the space with an element of whimsy and delight.

Squantum School

A high-performing, net zero energy school pursuing Passive House certification. Squantum School is designed with an emphasis on occupant wellness. Its design thoughtfully complements the residential character of the surrounding neighborhood and will serve as a resilience hub for the Squantum peninsula, while fostering a vibrant and supportive learning environment.

Gibson Point

Gibson Point embodies wellness features throughout for all multifamily residents so they may actively pursue their well-being through physical, emotional, spiritual, social, and environmental health. The exterior of the property features a boardwalk that connects to Gibson Park, an existing park featuring recreational space, stormwater management strategies, including rain gardens, a vegetated shoreline, and sloped green roofs to improve the resiliency of the site.

Elevate

Amenities revamp of a luxury high-rise apartment tower in East Cambridge. With expansive views of the Boston skyline, residents of Elevate will now relish in updates spanning from the ground floor to the 21st floor. The updated amenities accommodate hybrid work, social engagements, and community events. Elevate is the Gold Winner of the 2024 nerej Project of the Year.
