When Copley Wolff approached us to help transform their new office space, we were thrilled to collaborate with them and build on our long-standing partnership. From the outset, we focused on how the space could redefine the way CWDG worked together, fostering greater collaboration and creativity.

Their previous office presented significant limitations: a single conference room, no spaces for small group discussions, and no large meeting area for the entire team. They needed a range of spaces—from private, phone booth-style rooms to a central gathering area for the whole office.

The new space provided a foundation of existing rooms that fit many of their needs but posed challenges in arranging workstations and support areas. We addressed this by centering the design around a large, central gathering space, with workstations and soft seating zones strategically placed to flow around the existing rooms.

Throughout the office, we created flexible seating areas for quick meetings and integrated a variety of surfaces to encourage movement and dynamic work styles. We reused their existing desks and chairs, reupholstering key pieces to refresh their look, and added a few high-end furnishings to mark this significant milestone in Copley Wolff’s journey.

To unify the space, we employed a natural palette of materials and textures, creating an atmosphere that is both uplifting and inspiring while allowing the design work to remain the focal point.
