This week, Arrowstreet’s Amy Korte and David Bois presented plans to the city of Lynn for a primarily residential development to be located on the Lynnway near North Shore Community College on a site that has been vacant for 30 years. The waterfront housing will consist of 348 one-and-two bedroom apartments, and some retail components. Construction is expected to begin in the Spring of 2017. Read more on Itemlive.com.
