Magic Beans at Prudential Center

Magic Beans, a locally-owned business that sells toys, strollers, car seats, and baby gear, commissioned Arrowstreet to design a new store for the Shops at Prudential Center, the retail mecca in the heart of Boston’s Back Bay. The store is colorful and easily accessible, with the merchandise areas coded by their branded colors. The layout accommodates a wide variety of toys and gear as well as the space needed for customers to test out strollers or other equipment. To keep the smallest customers occupied during checkout, a window nook is built into the cabinetry underneath the counter for an ever-changing displays of toys and figurines.
