Arrrowstreet President Amy Korté, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, will be presenting at NAIOP’s Navigating the Permitting Maze: A Crash Course on Permitting in Massachusetts workshop.
The workshop will focus on permitting basics, as well as more complex issues, such as MEPA, Article 80, Chapter 91 licensing, climate change resiliency, trends in transportation, the importance of community outreach, and more. It will conclude with a panel discussion featuring public officials and private sector experts who will discuss increased energy efficiency goals and greenhouse gas reduction targets, including zero net energy and carbon-free, and what it all means for the future of commercial real estate.
