Highly successful companies, such as Apple, and others, innovate continuously because of their culture of Design-Thinking. When done right, this thinking links inspiration and passion to execution and delivery—positively affecting every facet of the product and service. By applying a design-centered approach we are able to conceive innovative solutions, deeply understand who our real stakeholders are and what they care about, create vision and solutions that people love both emotionally and intellectually. This full week intensive class allowed us to think outside the box, learning the design-thinking process using strategic tools to understand deeply our clients’ needs before initiating the creative design process.
