Brooke Charter High School
Pendant lighting fixtures throughout the Brooke Charter High School augment ample natural light, and the building is wrapped in copper standing seam metal striping, creating a ribbon effect that adds visual interest and ties the school to the community.

Congress Square
The deft balance of old and new in Congress Square relies on innovative solutions and custom details. Highlights include a rippling FRP soffit and restored copper cornice that honor the beautiful architectural and historic elements of the existing building while allowing the new addition to distinguish itself in the Boston skyline.

Hyatt Centric
To create a façade with high visual impact on a whiplash timeline, the team turned to custom prefabrication—a mix of ironspot brick with staggered panel joints create variation and texture through the brick field on the façade and contribute a playful trompe l’oeil twist.

Thayer Library Children’s Room
A delight to both the young and young-at-heart, the colors, materials, and finishes of the new Children’s Room are inspired by the space’s five existing stained glass windows. Colorful wall murals feature learning elements to create moments of fun and discovery for a community’s youngest readers.

Boston Volvo Showroom
When rethinking the urban car dealership to emphasize experience over inventory, details matter—from the historic cast stone, to the inviting wood veneer of the new entrance, to the modern pendants lighting a restored space that sets a new standard.
