The interiors team at Arrowstreet recently took a trip to the Hospitality Design Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada. With several upcoming hospitality projects set to begin within the next few weeks, we were in search of new and innovative products and materials. With over 250,000 square feet of booth space and 800 individual exhibitors, there was certainly not a shortage of products to see. Lighting, outdoor furniture, tile, and plumbing fixtures were among some of the most exciting new product types seen at the show. Both well-known brands and market newcomers showcased exciting new design features, innovative manufacturing methods, and modernized finish options across product sectors.
The show also proved to be a great networking opportunity and gave us the opportunity to meet hospitality professionals from across the United States, as well as some fellow Boston based designers. As part of a market research effort, the team also visited several area hotels to observe various design styles, specialty features, and amenities being offered. We are looking forward to sharing what we learned throughout the show with coworkers and incorporating some of the featured products into upcoming hospitality work.
