Arrowstreet’s interiors group is working with our architectural team to design a variety of spaces in a new, 230-unit residential development on the beach in Revere, MA. The concept developed for the exterior was successfully carried into the interior spaces, expressing a sense of sophisticated coastal living. The approach to the interior design was centered on creating an inviting, warm environment that maximized the ocean views while providing stylish amenity spaces for potential tenants to gather and socialize. Refined materials and lighting were layered into the design to create an upscale residential feel in both the amenity spaces and the units. Furniture selection and space planning were important aspects which were thoughtfully considered by the design team.
This collaborative effort between teams resulted in a highly stylized interior environment for this new apartment building. Construction is currently underway and the first phase is expected to be complete in November of 2016.
