Arrowstreet principal Amy Korté was chosen by Banker & Tradesman as a recipient of their Women In Finance, Insurance, and Real Estate award. The honor recognizes Massachusetts women who demonstrate talent, ambition, innovation, and philanthropy. B&T, along with a distinguished panel of judges, selected inspirational women who have achieved excellence and are making a difference. The recipients will be honored at a luncheon on Thursday, July 17th at 11:00 am at the Sheraton Commander Hotel. State Auditor Suzanne M. Bump will give the keynote speech.
Last year, Amy was appointed a Principal at Arrowstreet in recognition of her outstanding contributions to the firm and the industry. Amy leads the design of much of Arrowstreet’s residential work and has played a key role in managing some of the firm’s complex mixed-use and commercial projects in Boston, Cambridge, Worcester, and Revere.
Her leadership role in the field of real estate includes serving as co-chair of the building resiliency task force created by the Boston chapter of the Urban Land Institute. Amy has taught design studios at Harvard Graduate School of Design and Suffolk University, as well as the Boston Architectural Center, where last semester her studios included a student competition on affordable housing and a capstone course for faculty pursuing their certificate in design education.
Congratulations, Amy!
