Arrowstreet staff ventured across the river and into Cambridge to tour the 450 Kendall Street (Parcel G) project, which is currently in the middle of construction. The project is a new, 68,000-sf, five-story office/lab building with retail space on the first floor.
In addition to enjoying the building’s spectacular views of Boston, the Charles River, and MIT, the group discovered the diverse amount of trades currently working in conjunction to complete the project.
When viewing the photos, you can get the sense of the faceted façade that makes the building so dramatic. After completing the largest portion of construction (the exterior skin), the next phase will be the interior fit-out of several floors in the building.
